Strict lockdown in Bogotá D.C.
The Mayor of Bogotá adopted measures to mitigate the impact of Covid-19 in the city. As of July 13, 2020, Bogotá will go on orange alert and a 14-day quarantine will be implemented in 3 groups of locations.
Group 1: Starts on July 13 and ends on July 26.
Locations: Ciudad Bolívar, San Cristóbal, Rafael Uribe Uribe, Chapinero, Santafe, Usme, Los Mártires y Tunjuelito.
Group 2: Starts on July 27 and ends on August 9.
Locations: Bosa, Kennedy Puente Aranda y Fontibón.
Group 3: Starts on August 10 and ends on August 23.
Locations: Suba Engativá y Barrios Unidos.
During the 14-day period in which each of the locations is in strict quarantine, there will be:
Total restriction of mobility.
Closing of the commerce (except supplies, pharmacies, and basic necessities).
Total restriction of activities from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
It is important to keep in mind that employees will not be able to mobilize from their localities when the strict quarantine measure apply to them, in accordance with the aforementioned schedule.
